I came back from the beach with a red rash on my back. I was terrified after researching what it could be online, but Dr. Fichtel eased my fears with her professional, knowledgable, and informative approach. She then correctly diagnosed and treated the rash. She even noticed a small growth on my neck that she was able to perform a procedure to remove right there in the office. No pain whatsoever. She was thorough enough to even send a sample to the lab to ensure there wasn't anything else to worry about. The space was very welcoming and staff was so cordial that I felt like I was in a five-star hotel and not in a medical office.

I went to see Dr Fichtel on 3-23-23. Both Dr Fichtel and her staff could not have been nicer. She is an Awesome Dermatologist! I had a couple of places on my face that needed attention. She noticed a couple more that I did not notice. She took car of them. I highly recommend. I do not think you an go anyplace that you will feel more comfortable, and that you will get better care. She is the best!

I got CoolSculpting done and was impressed with the honestly of Dr. Fichtel regarding whether or not certain locations would be successful. The procedure was done with care for the precise location of the paddles. If I decide to have more treatments I will return to her office.
Dr Jill saw my daughter for a skin infection and was beyond sweet… she even took off her lab coat and made my daughter feel comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend!

Have only great things to say about Dr. Fichtel and her staff!! Amazingly kind and professional. As well, they were able to get me the treatment that I needed for psoriasis in an incredibly short time after moving into the area...super thankful and made me a life long client :) Highly recommend Transformative!
First thing I noticed when walking into the office was that it was super clean! When I spoke on the phone with Bree, she was really helpful and polite in delineating what each service would cost, especially for an elderly patient that was self-pay. In person, Dr. Jill and Bree were so sweet and also had patience when I had to translate what the next steps were to said patient. They seemed really efficient in their workflow but were kind enough to stop what they were doing to answer any question. Turns out, the facial lesión in question was not cancerous and they were so insistent in advocating for us in getting the lab to waive the fee for processing it beforehand. Their office called a few days later with said results to confirm what Dr. Jill originally said it was, seborrheic keratosis. It was a good experience. The only thing is I wish they would have some automated system to mail results to have a copy for ourselves. But all and all, Dr.Jill and her office staff are great!

Dr. Jill Fichtel is an amazing dermatologist. She genuinely cares and makes you feel at home. While so many of you are posting how thrilled you are that she is back in Tennessee, those of us in Ohio are not as thrilled😢.

Dr. Fichtel is awesome. She really listens to you, and takes the time to get to the bottom of your issues. She is very knowledgeable and very thorough. I had three separate issues, and she completely took care of all of them. She even educated me on how to prevent future issues, and gave me and my daughters wonderful skin care samples.

I am so happy to be reunited with Dr. Fichtel! My girls and I were her patients before she relocated. I was so thrilled to see her billboard in Coolsprings saying that she was back. Unfortunately , she found me with a scalp condition that several doctors of different specialties could not diagnose. When I saw her beautiful face on that billboard, I thought "she will help me". I was concerned that she may be concentrating her practice on only aesthetics. Not only did she spend an hour with me, she consulted a leading expert on my extremely rare condition and had a treatment plan for me when I left. I knew she didn't accept or file insurance and wondered what my financial commitment would be. What I found was that she is an excellent value because I had already spent triple what her fee was but had no answers. I loved that she dispenses her own specially formulated prescriptions in office, so you can leave with everything you need! Plus, her office looks like a spa! Im so happy Dr.Jill and I are back together, just when I needed her.
Dr. Jill has helped change my skin, almost over night. I have a problem with dark spots due to heart meds and her special formulated prescription creams have helped tremendously over the last month and a half. I never had acne growing up but it wasn’t until adulthood that I started seeing it around my chin and she’s helped clear that up as well. Break outs are at a minimum and my dark spots are fading.
